I no longer receive a notification when I have a voicemail
I found the call alert replacement annoying so I switched it off in the hope I would get voicemail notifications instead but now I have neither. I’ve tried 1760 & 1710

Dial 1750 and see if it helps.

I don’t want to switch my voicemail back on until I get notifications when I have received a message, so 1750 won’t help thanks

You won't get any notification until voicemail is turned on so you've got no choice.
1750 is what you need to do.
