hi @JohnS02 All you need to know about Voicemail is here
Listen to the voicemail after calling 901 and choose he option to delete. Failing that call your own number from another phone, leave yourself a VM then when you delete it it should clear the other one...

What do you mean by “stating wrong number”?
Is the voicemail number wrong on your phone?
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

I did find and rang 901, which talked me through my voice mail messages and deleted as instructed, I have never used this number (901) before as I'm very new to O2.
What do you mean by “stating wrong number”?
Well that's a simple question and I will give a simple answer! it said on my phone that I had a wrong number voice mail. Now, wheather 'I' had made this call or not I just don't know. It could have been an out going voice mail call which, I was not aware I had made. In fact, I have never knowingly made a voice call in my life?
Well that's not quite true, I lived & worked in Africa for half my life and the only voice mail I ever made was with a drum.
Thank you all for the most welcome feed back. However, I don't think it will be my last question, It's an age thing with me now.
Kind Regards:
John S.
