Visual Voicemail unavailable

Keeps telling me voicemail visual is unavailable and im missing all my important voicemails, iv done the airplane mode for 30 seconds, iv done the reset network settings, iv done the switch off phone, iv done the call numbers and its still not working

Have you got Wifi Calling enabled? If so, turn it off.

Call customer service and ask for idata to be provisioned on your account

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
