Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. I have been with O2 for years. Currently using an iphone 8. For a while now my 'you have a new voicemail' notifications no longer come through when I'm on wifi. They only come through if I have mobile data turned on. Is this normal? It's very annoying when I miss voicemails and don't respond for hours because I'm at work and only using wifi. I have tried going to airplane mode and then back to normal. Tried rebooting iphone. Tried turning voicemail off, then voicemail on, then text STATE and restarting. Nothing seems to work, it appears I HAVE to be using mobile data if I want to receive a voicemail notification. I'm have contacted O2 and they confirm I have the appropriate bolt on activated. Any help from other users or O2 would be much appreciated. Thank you
