I’m so stressed out! I’ve been trusting to redeem my Netflix offer. I go to the microsite. Get to the second step (verification of my mobile number) it tells me it’s sent a six digit verification code...... no code arrives. Been a few days of trying now. Spoke to TWO different O2 agents on live chat today. No help whatsoever. Last one told me to do the whole ‘switch it off and on again’ which I did and NOW it’s saying can’t verify my number Due to a technical error! Not a happy o2 customer at present!
Any ideas?

So just want to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU! To Martin (its true what they say about you! Lol) and the equally fabulous lady who called me 3 times in half an hour today called Nicola, trying to sort it.
My Netflix offer is now up and running with a years free viewing. 🙂
It was something stupidly simple. I needed to be on 4G and not wi fi. I HAD TRIED that the other night but it was struggling and the page wouldn’t load. However. Have just tried now and worked like a charm. Still no idea why I wasn’t receiving the phone verification code. But I don’t care cos it’s sorted! What a helpful bunch of humans you are!!! THANKYOU 🙂

We've had other reports of this so I guess it's yet another system issue.

Ahh thank you. I’ve heard Martin in some sort of Demi God so I’m hoping now he’s on the case it will be sorted lol! 🙂
