Hello everyone.
Im trying to get my VAT invoices. I already googled that topic and I am aware that i need to request them by chat on o2 website. 3rd day im trying to switch chat ON. but it says that no agants are available at the moment. Do you know by any chance why is that, is it only me and if there is another way to obtain VAT invoice?

If you go to My O2 on the website and click on view bills you can download your previous bills in PDF format. These bills have your full V.A.T breakdown on them. If you have not registered for My O2 you will have to register first then do the above. As for chat its always busy!!

That only works if you are already registered for VAT invoices, otherwise, when you print them out it states "this is not a vat invoice" on them.

That's where there is a problem because not all customers have been changed over to VAT invoices. Many are still showing the message 'this is not a vat invoice'.
