Please can someone help as 02 have been little if any use.

Myself and my boyfriend are both o2 PAYG.  He just gone to Switzerland today and has already managed to get through £60 in less than a day.

I have no idea what that amount has been used on as you can't access a bill but I have told him to turn off mobile data and I have checked that the o2 travel is attached as a bolt on.

Is there anything else we can do to reduce the cost as £60 is huge?

@SaraHoughton

With O2 travel on it should cost no more than £1.99 per day for 120 mins and 120 texts.

No you get unlimited data each day the travel bolt on is activated.

There must be something wrong with his account setup but he'll need to call O2 to check it.

Thank you for helping. I’ve spoken to O2 and there seems to have been something wrong with 02 travel so they have refunded the money.
