Using my phone in Turkey

Hi

I’m travelling in Turkey. I have the O2 Travel Inclusive Zone £3 per month bolt on. But for some reason, since arriving, I have been charged £5 three times. Two of these charges came after making phone calls and one appeared as soon as I arrived in Turkey.

Are those charges in addition to the bolt on charges I would incur for phone usage? 

Any help much appreciated as it all seems very complicated once you leave Europe! Thanks.

Travel Inclusive does not include Turkey.

You can use O2 Travel @£6 per day
