Upgraded phone - network hasn't kicked in for 2 days, no calls or texts available

Hi, I upgraded my phone on Monday and was sent a new sim, which I put in the new phone.  Everything has transferred over fine, but it is 2 days later and I still have no network, no calls, or texts. Have tried switching on and off many times - nothing has happened.  Any helps as I can't seem to get through to any customer service help on here and have no phone to call them on

You need to use your old sim or do a sim swap to use the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
