Hi i have upgraded my ohone and it still not arrived as it is saying they are wait on stock but wen i have looked onlone it is in stock

That will be down to o2's fabulous live stock availability checker, that is not live at all...
Best thing to do is contact o2
message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Welcome to the o2 Community forum
O2 don't provide live stock view, so it may say in stock but it is not necessarily in stock. When you put an order in o2 then tell you whether it's in stock or not.
It is not ideal especially if it's important to get a new phone.
