Hi, is it possible to track the status of an upgrade. I up graded my handset with arial spoke to them on the phone went through everything received the first email read through it clicked to say I’d read it an have heard nothing since yesterday.

I'm having a nigh msre with this company now my phone has been off for 24 hours now contacted Arial with no joy dont know why I bothered to change now
