Upgrade, faulty device received

So I upgraded my contract and got a new phone from it but the device arrived faulty, wouldn’t switch on at all even a hard reset, not a single charger worked in it, I sent off the device and have received nothing back and wasn’t even offered a replacement, what do I do?!

@JodieL Do you have hard copy receipts for the delivery and the return? You should have been given a tracking number when you sent the phone back.

Have you checked My O2 to see if the upgrade has been cancelled. I would call them Monday because all the systems are down for maintenance over the weekend.
