I'm trying to order my extra option having recently upgraded my SIM deal. Everytime time I do it via the website or app I get a "We haven’t been able to add your Extra" echo back. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, it's a known issue.

@O2Georgina may be able to advise on the fix.
