Hi dont know if this is the right place but needing some help. I had a call to upgrade my phone and everything went fine and was told my upgrade was all sorted i just needed to follow the link in the email that was meant to be sent to me to finish the process but have had no email to do this and after speaking to an advisor on live chat earlier this evening they said the link email had been sent but i dont have it. Has anyone else had this and what do i do now? It probably a really simple solution but ive never had an upgrade b4. Thanks in advance Kim

You really need to call customer service in the morning and get them to resend the email. I would prefer to speak to someone rather than use live chat....

Hi yeah have checked that folder and my o2 just tells me i can upgrade now and goes through the options on what i could get and tariffs and things. The email is meant to have a link to confirm my upgrade and go through checkout. Girl on phone said it would be through shortly after my call finished but only email i got was about recycling my phone.

Hi @Anonymous Looking at the time you posted i doubt you would have got the email. I expect it will be there this morning. If not then ring customer services as advised to check the status of your order

Hi still not sorted out I spoke to cs earlier and about to call again as ive still not recieved the email 😕
