Hi,

I’m having trouble updating my payment details, had anyone else had this issue before? My bill is today and I can’t pay it unless the card details accept.

I need to update the name of account holder as I wrongly put natwest there & now I have recently changed banks but shouldn't of said natwest anyway.

I don't think that the name on the account would stop the DD being taken so long as the sort code and account number are correct (and there is money in the account to cover the DD amount)...
