Hello and welcome to the Forum. .

you would need to buy a o2 PAYG SIM card, top up £15 then speak to o2 customer care.

but please note that they will remove £15 from the sim, so even if u make one call or send a sms they won’t be able to do it.

Great guide here all about it

Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

You'll need the classic PAYG tariff and you'll need £20 top up as you will have to make some calls to register the phone on the network against your sim card.

Yes I normally tell my friends that. The o2 classic 321

3p per min

2p per sms

1p per mb

i always tell the to make a few calls, sms just to use about 50p worth, wait a couple of days then request it via online unlock form or online chat

but you must have £15 on or more in the balance as o2will take £15 from it for the u lock code.

Thanks @Cleoriff

@This one slipped right under my Radar.  Kudos to you for putting us correct.

well I never. Good on o2 😀👍

so there you go @Barns14. it free. You still need a o2 classic SIM card. Min spend £10. But make a couple of calls and sms to get it registered on the network and then follow as per the web link to unlock it.

Happy unlock.

Top marks @Cleoriff 😀👍
