Hi,

I am trying to unlock my Samsung S8 for a past few days. I've been to the shop and spoke to someone on Live Chat. It seems they have no idea how to help me. Everytime I request the code someone is sending me PUK. It's so frustrastrating. It's a wrong code. I want to sell the phone, but cannot do it.

Can anyone help me with getting NUC code?

Are you sure the phone is locked? Borrow another sim card and test it first.

I believe @Soku is wanting to sell it, however, if the incorrect code has been entered too many times it will now be hard locked to O2.
