Hi, I am traveling to Egypt on the 20th of Jan and I am trying to unlock my phone so I can use a pre paid sim while I'm away, can you help me get my phone unlocked please?

@Jimbo O2 have been selling their phones unlocked for some time now. Since July 2018, I believe. Your phone may already be unlocked if you purchased it since then.
