Unlocking Phone

Hi I need help unlocking my phone. I had a pay monthly contract that has now ended. I have my IMEI number but cant find where to ge the unlock code from online. Can anyone help please?

@Anonymous I didn't include the MyO2 link as I wasn't sure if your MyO2 was still active as you said your contract had finished, but it is included in our Knowledgebase article here

To be fair I knew I had seen the My O2 link in one of the guides. This is where it gets confusing when we have both KB and Index guides available...?:smileysad:
