Unlocking Phone without Sim

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there!

I bought an iPhone 6 off of ebay and it was in fine condition. Not at the time, but it is becoming a problem now, was that the phone was locked to O2. Now I've switched to BT and I can't put my micro-sim into the phone without it coming up as invalid.

I can't fill in their form, I can't contact customer support because I don't have an O2 number and I can't be asked to wait and pay for 30 minutes of hold.

Possibly a stupid idea, but I did erase all data and reset all settings.

Any suggestions?

You need to get a payg sim and pay the 15 quid unlock.
Someone will post the link shortly for you.

I've had a pay as you go sim before but it's not a microsim. I am not waiting 12 months just to get the phone unlocked... Well at least it says you have to wait 12 months right?

Is there no other way?
