Hi. Someone please help, one mounth ago I asked for a phone unlock and not answer.I sent IMEI number again and again,nothing happened.I bought the phone for cash,3-4 years ago.pls help.

Where did you buy the phone from?

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

i was in person at the o2 store.they said they could not help.visit my o2 app,but it doesn't work. who can help where to turn for advice?
