Unlock mobile Mifi

Hi, I'm trying to unlock my HUAWEI E5770s mobile WiFi. I contacted O2 and they sent me an unlock code with details on how to unlock it. I've tried to get onto the device management page, which takes me to O2, however it won’t complete my user name, it misses off the end m from com. 

I thought I’d ask on here before I have to phone the O2 mobile WiFi team. 

 

I'd be very grateful for any help.

Aha!
The username you need is admin and the password is also admin.
It's not your email address as it's asking you to log into the router.

Can you try with a different browser or reduce the zoom level of yours?
