Hi - I recently ported by number from 3 to O2 (Pay Monthly) and cannot connect to Underground Wifi
I have connected to O2 Wifi (so auto connect at McDonalds etc) but cannot connect to Wifi Extra and when I am at a tube station and try using the Virigin Wifi Portal and then clicking on O2 and entering my number, it tells me you need to have an O2 number & be connected to O2 Wifi
Any ideas? I have a OnePlus 6T, is this compatible with Wifi Extra?

Wifi extra is a sim function so all phones are compatible.
There have been lots of issues with this and the general consensus is that it’s a virgin issue and some say they aren’t allowing any new connections currently.
