Hi everyone,

I need help about something. A few days ago,  I have bought a Samsung tablet from O2s own web site. My delivery has been sent by DHL. DHL said that my delivery was left to my neighbour. When I asked my neighbour he said "I have just signed, I did not take your delivery". I tried to reach O2 and DHL. No response. I really do not know what can or will I do. Is there anyone with advice for me?

Thanks for your helps and stay safe pls.

So what did your neighbour sign for?

Why would he sign for nothing?

Sorry, but it sounds like your neighbour has your device.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My thoughts too.

Who in their right mind would sign for nothing?

He's taking the Mick

All highly suspicious. As said why would he sign something when he didn't take delivery of anything?

Also, no signatures are required from ANY delivery driver since Covid 19. They ring the bell, wait till someone comes to the door and either sign themselves that it has been received or take a photo of you holding item (as happened with @MI5 )

I have to agree with all the replies above. The question is, @Fatiko, how well do you know your neighbour? Do you take him at his word? If not, you may need to take this further. There's enough bad things going on at the moment without having to stress about something like this.
