Unable to sign up to VOLT . I am a O2 & VM customer

I am a O2 and Virgin Media customer , however when I try to sign up to VOLT I am told my address cannot receive VirginMedia! This is clearly incorrect.

 

Could you please sort this for me .

All the answers are in their, VM also have a dedicated team to help with this as well have a look on VM's help pages as well.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

Hi , finally got through to O2 on 202 , and they filled out an online form for me and referred to VM.

I should receive VOLT benefits within the next 7 working days .
