@Malcolm1 What phone do you have? What email client are you using? Can you make and receive calls? Have you taken your sim card out and gently cleaned it?

Sometimes a simple reboot may help.

We really need a bit more info as to what steps you have already taken, pay monthly or payandgo, type of phone etc
