Unable to connect to work servers

Using an iPhone 6 and a separate o2 data hub (2 separate accounts).

All working fine until last week.

Now unable to connect to work e-mail servers unless I have the phone linked to home WiFi (via Sky) - in which case the mail comes through fine.

All data works fine - can access websites like bbc news etc....

Have noticed that I can’t get access to a website in safari unless I have typed the full www.bbc.co.uk address for example. I used to be able to type bbc and the website would come up.

Have also found that I cannot log in to our work network if I use the o2 router. We use Global Protect and it just ‘hangs’ in the background.

@Mark17503 there is an ongoing DNS issue at the moment with 4g.

It may be connected. If you can, try on 3g to see if it works then.

Glad it isn’t my end!
