Hi there, im trying to connect my laptop to my personal hotspot. iPhone is listed as a network but it says ‘unable to connect to this network’ before I can enter the password. Can you please advise if hotspot is enabled on my plan and if so, why it may not work?

You can use your hotspot as long as you are on contract (not payg) and you have the iData bolt on enabled on your account.

Only customer service can check that for you Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
