Hello,

I am getting this error message since the last few days after logging in to the WiFi via the the standard O2 page:

Sorry we're having a few problems at the moment.  We're working on it, so have another go later.

Any one can help?

Simone

As this appears to be a different error message from the usual issue maybe @Toby can feed it back?

Thank you, I am not sure if it is relevant, for your info I have not changed my phone number and the access stopped working just after my allowance anniversary date. I still could not login today.

I wonder if a top up would sort the problem out?

Thanks!

PS: I can login to other O2 WiFi hotspots

WiFi should be free to use so it shouldn't be a requirement to top up.

The WiFi on the London Underground is Virgin...but it is free to use. Just have a look at how this poster solved the problem http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/O2-Wifi-At-London-Underground-Not-able-to-conne...

O2 wifi is free for everyone.

Virgin wifi is free for o2 customers (on the underground).
