Unable to connect to London Underground WiFi

Hello,

 

I am getting this error message since the last few days after logging in to the WiFi via the the standard O2 page:

Sorry we're having a few problems at the moment.  We're working on it, so have another go later.

 

Any one can help?

As this appears to be a different error message from the usual issue maybe @Toby can feed it back?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you, I am not sure if it is relevant, for your info I have not changed my phone number and the access stopped working just after my allowance anniversary date. I still could not login today. 

I wonder if a top up would sort the problem out?

PS: I can login to other O2 WiFi hotspots

WiFi should be free to use so it shouldn't be a requirement to top up.

O2 wifi is free for everyone.

Virgin wifi is free for o2 customers (on the underground).
