Unable to claim free huawei tablet. - help please

I am trying to claim my free Huawei tablet, but the link provided by the O2 shop is not recognized. 

Does anyone know how I go about claiming it please

Thanks MI5. I have managed to submit the claim now. Appreciate your help/reply.

I used the link on Brophy post regarding the website issue, and it seemed to work where others didn't.
