UKMAIL Delivery Service letting you down

Excellent turnaround on a repair, with tracking available so I knew my phone had tried to be delivered to my home. UKMAIL delivery person thought an appropriate 'safe place' to leave my phone was down a drain. Luckily it didn't rain and my neighbours didn't take a shower. At least he didn't throw it over the back wall I suppose.

There have been many complaints about UK Mail before, and although O2 do use the service, they have no control over how a parcel is delivered. Your complaint should be directed to UK Mail.

I once found a parcel from them in my dustbin....no note and luckily I spotted it before the binmen came!

Which would probably result in O2 getting another courier service...so not all bad then
