Hi

does anybody know if there's an app or service that can stop people knowing I'm away when they ring me in Spain. I don't want people to know I out of the country and therefore want them to hear a UK ringtone when calling me.

Hi again @Aclara and all, just got some clarification on this that might help for the future. slight_smile

So if the call divert is done at network level (via Customer Service), it would not get the roaming tone or ring at all. If it was done by the handset then it will ring and give the roaming tone.

Hope that helps!

No nothing you can do other than direct all calls to immediately call your answerphone.

Even then it's still calling your answerphone, and connecting to a foreign network, so not sure how that would work?

If you divert all calls immediately to answerphone the caller won't hear a ringtone.

Thank you all for the advice I guess I will have to use my voicemail to screen calls. I appreciate you all taking the time to reply to me 😀👍
