Two months on and O2 still won't send me an unlocking code

Huawei dongle. Locked to the O2 network. Requested the unlatching code over two months ago and O2 still haven't provided one. Keep chasing and they say they don't have it and it's not their problem.

 

I made a complaint and was given the brush off. Told to try the high street if I wasn't happy waiting for O2 to pull their finger out.

 

No luck on the high street. A guy on Ebay said he could do it. Took the money - gave me a code that doesn't work. Nada.

 

Now i'm paying for two tarrifs. One on O2 that has so little data it's not worth bothering with and an unlimited plan that I can't use.

 

Wtf.
