when sending PAC to 65075 it keeps telling me there an issue contact o2 can you help?

If you have more than 1 number then texting won't work @Bez34.
You will need to contact customer services - either by phone to 202 / 4445 (depending if you are pay monthly or pay as you go) or using social media:
