Hi , looking for help please.

I have tried to get o2 to move my current number from my old pay monthly sim to a new payg o2 sim. Contract finished so currently paying on a rolling basis for airtime. 

I have submitted this request on the phone (twice) and both times have been told the request will be completed within 24 hours. Nothing has been done. Please help if you can…
