Hi, I have recently transferred my old phone (iphone 11) to the iphone 13 and for some reason my what's app messages are only showing up to 29th August, can someone please help? I have done the back up to icloud etc so don't understand?  thanks

Go into WhatsApp on your 11 and do a manual backup to make sure all is uploaded. 

You will then need to remove WhatsApp from your 13 and reload it to pull in the complete backup.
