Hi, I filled in a form 2 days ago to transfer my old number to my new o2 sim. It said 2 working days but my number still hasn’t been transferred.

@Gale_1920 Did you get a text with a transfer date? if not then you will need to complete the form again and re request the port.
If you did then you need to contact customer services on 202 and ask why as it could your old network blocking the port out.
