How long should it take for your old number to be transfered?

All info given at time of new account, but a week later my number has still not ported?

is there anything else i should have done?

Hi @Suprakaz , hope you're having a good week so far! How are you getting on with your number transfer? Did you get your number ported ok in the end or are you still waiting?
