Transfer an O2 number to 3

I want to transfer my number to a 3 account and transfer a 3 number to an 02 account without termination of either contract, is this possible?

Interesting question, @Simonmyles - but as the number needs to be flagged for transfer, I think it is implicit that the contract holding it is not active. Guide: Migration & porting into O2 is the bit you will need for the O2 side, 3 should have a similar process on their side. Good luck!
