Traded in old phone when getting new

I selected to have the credit for my trade in / recycle to be credited to my account. How will I know when this is done. Thanks

They will email you. Normally within a week.

We pay cash for your old phone directly into your bank account. We can also send you a cheque, or credit your phone bill if you're an O2 customer.

Hi GWC,

If you have selected a Bill Credit then this will be credited to the next monthly bill. If your bill is printed within 3 days of your payment confirmation, the credit will appear in the following months bill. Bill credit will be applied to your airtime (not your device) if you're on O2 Refresh.
