Trade in old phone

So I just upgraded now using my new phone, which is good to go.

I chose the option to trade in my old phone for cash or something. How do I go about this? Shall I come direct to store?

You might also want to consider trading it with CEX or other mobile recyclers. If you shop around you might get a better price for your old phone.
