Tracking My Order

So I ordered a pay monthly phone on Saturday to be delivered yesterday but it wasn't though I also didn't receive an email saying it had been dispatched. I can't find the tracking page on My O2 page so would it be easier to pop into one of their shops with my tracking number?

No stock I imagine.
You can't track it until you get the dispatch email, so give customer services a call to chase it up and get a status.

I'm guessing still no stock but yes you do need to call customer service as advised.
