It will be with your bank still, and will be pending o2 completing the transaction, o2 cant reverse this so you would be best speaking to your bank if it hasnt been reveresed in upto 14 days.

And the best thing to do is speak to customer services tomorrow on 4445 and get them to try and have a look into why it failed.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

If you are on a rolling plan then that must be paid for via bank card. Anything else you top up will be used for extras outside of those included in the plan

https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/rolling-plan-terms-and-conditions

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Caitlen

You can switch to a big bundle in your MyO2 to use your credit to top up allowances.

Terms for rolling plans here Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
