So ,
I have now followed and carried out the action suggested in the existing thread .
I have now been advised to return to the thread a click “acceptable solution” Why ? Would I do this when none of the advice has worked .
This is becoming a bit of a joke .
I am being passed from person to person , Thule the company won’t helo as it is an o2 tile .
Someone please sort me out .. plleeeese
