On my latest bill I have payments for things I bought
29 Jan 15 £1.660
05 Feb 15 £1.660
06 Feb 15 £1.660
Can I have explanation what is this? Because I have never bought anything for sure.
Also how to complain about that to o2 servise because I can't find any email contact address. ??

It can be a number of things...we are just guessing...but I'm with @MI5 on this one. That's a possibility. The other obvious one would be premium text. The charges are under things you bought, MMS comes under messages so it has to be an extra.
the item should have a description of what it is for.
