I went on payment plan in Feb due to Financial difficulties I made my first installment of 3 before the 2nd was due I was completely disconnected from the network.I spoke with Payment Mangement team they resolved or so I thought and within an hour my numbers all 5 of them were up and running g.On my next installment day I cleared the overdue balance all accounts since march have been up to date.But now there is a Barr on my account stopping me upgrading due to this disconnection that shouldn't have happened.What can I do

The bar on upgrading is correct, you will need to wait between 3 and 6 months before been allowed to upgrade as o2 want to see your account been managed correctly.
No one can over ride this not even Payment Management.
