The website is terrible I am going around in circles

All I want to do is update my email address. I am going around in circles as when I try and put in a new email it says not valid and insists on me putting in the old email which is going to be no longer valid shortly.

 

How am I supposed to change the email address on my account?

 

The website is very frustrating.
