Have you entered any competitions? What does the text say and what url is in the text?

We wouldn't know if its a scam but if it is follow this advice

@Alan11  If customer service tells you it's a scam text, forward it to O2 on 7726, and then block the number. Here's how to block it, and any other suspect numbers, if you don't know how:

As previously advised you need to check with Customer Services.

However, there a many many scams going about.

You need to take care.
