Hi I moved from Vodefone to Tesco’s sim only contract who use O2 network, as very good deal.  Now beginning to regret it as poor signal at home when we most need it with teenagers out and about! Cooling off period has finished, Tesco mobile says Mast is down, surely this cooling off period should be extended if mast is down ?
Would an O2 boost box help ? Might be cheaper the charges for ending 5 Sims.
Please help !

Boost boxes are only available to business accounts.

Use wifi calling if you can until the mast is fixed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Wifi calling would still work in that situation.
